A bakery's December is not a therapist's. Thirty kinds of business, each with its own season, its own customers, and its own list of what to stop. We know which street you're on.

A snowy main street of small shops, a café, a bakery and a bookshop, with strings of lights, trees and a few cars

We look first
Your website, your Google listing, your reviews, the shops near you. We only say what we saw, and we say where we saw it.
2
Five things only you know
How the season goes for you, what caps what you can do, what you can spend, how much time you have, whether you can reach past customers.
3
A plan with days on it
This week, then week by week to New Year's. What to stop. The last dates to ship. In plain words, the same day.
From a call about RouteForge, a company we run
To start, I noticed your homepage leads with "Every truck on the right route. Every job on the right tech," and sends everyone to a demo or the savings calculator. Black Friday is a shop's holiday, but your buyers are electricians and plumbers heading into storm season, so I want to get the season right for you. How do November and December usually go for RouteForge?
That's a good question. RouteForge is less than a year old, so I honestly don't know how this season should go. We built it for electricians and plumbers, so they can run the business without spending their evenings scheduling crews and chasing overdue invoices. The people we're after are being overcharged by the big software names. December is probably slow for us, and I'd like to use it to get customers to see us the way they see a gym membership: a new way to live in 2027.
"Less than a year old, so I don't know yet" is a real answer, and the plan will say plainly what we're still learning. Your buyers' December belongs to tripped breakers and furnaces that won't light, not to software demos, so I wouldn't chase them on Black Friday. The gym-membership idea points at January: "a new way to run 2027," landing between Christmas and the first week back, when they're sitting with the invoices they hate. Before I say more, roughly what could you spend between now and New Year's, and is it just you doing the marketing?
→Then the written plan: thirty days, every day named.
