Privacy, in plain words
What we collect. The website you type, and the business name and town we read from it (or that you type, if you have no website), and your email if you give it. Your connection's address, to limit how many plans one connection can ask for in a day.
What we read. Public pages: your website, your Google listing, reviews and search results about your business. We write down only what we saw, and we say where we saw it.
Who else sees it. The text we gather goes to the AI model that writes the brief and the plan (Anthropic), the search service (Serper) and the page reader (Jina). If you take the call, the conversation runs on Tavus. None of them receives your email. If you give us your email, it goes to one service, Resend, which sends you the link to your plan; we send nothing else.
The call. Your camera is optional, and stays off unless you turn it on. We have turned off the feature that lets the call service describe the person on camera, and we check that it stays off. The call is transcribed: we keep a written transcript of what was said, and we use it to write your plan, and to support the service and improve it. We don't keep audio or video. Tavus, which runs the call, also keeps its own record of the conversation under its own terms; your picture only goes to Tavus if you turn your camera on.
Counting visits. We count how people move through the site (a page viewed, the video played, a step taken) with PostHog, under a random number made for your visit. Our server sends those counts; the page loads no tracking script, sets no cookies and records nothing on screen. We never send PostHog your name, email, website, your business's name, or your connection's address. If your browser asks sites not to track you, we count nothing.
How long we keep it. Briefs, transcripts and the plan are deleted thirty days after the plan is written. The private link stops working then. Your email is kept only to send you the plan and is deleted with it.
What we never do. We don't sell or share your details, we don't post anything anywhere, and we don't invent facts about your business. If something in your plan surprises you, check it; the plan tells you where each fact came from.
